We purchased our new home from Gary while holidaying overseas, nightmare material. However, Gary’s communication skills and attention to detail was outstanding, from our initial enquiry to handover, excellent. I highly recommend Gary and staff to future sellers/ buyers. Mike & Julie.
Gary and Miriam are a great team. They are both experienced professionals and are very genuine in their approach to marketing and selling a property. They made a challenging time, and process, so much easier with their calm, approach and their tact and responsiveness. Gary and Miriam's insight and advice on preparing the home, and links to professionals and trades to undertake the work was invaluable. Their ability to take carriage of this provided great practical assistance. Gary and Miriam show a genuine care and enthusiasm for their work and were absolutely fabulous to work with. Their extensive experience ensured that we achieved a great price and outcome.
The price was fine, the process was not. Despite advising I wanted two weekends of open homes, Gary told buyers to submit their best offer by the next day. A major decision made without consulting me. When he had a private buyer, he never disclosed the increased commission upfront, only raising it at the moment of the offer with time pressure to accept. The marketing brochure was subpar. Gary went on leave during settlement without telling me, an issue as settlement was delayed, and nobody called to explain. Overall bad communication. Would not recommend.
From our initial meeting I was convinced that I was in great hands.. there is no doubt which equates to no second thoughts about your decision to leave your biggest asset to Gary and Miriam.
Gary and Miriam were fantastic throughout the whole process. The sale price of my unit was above my expectation and everything went very smoothly.
I sold and bought my property with Gary and Miriam and everything went very smoothly with settlement for both properties occurring on the one day. Communication was fantastic and both Gary and Miriam were very easy to deal during what can be a very stressful time.
Gary has sold two properties for us in the last 7 years. Gary knows what is important to buyers and sellers and is mindful and caring about what is going on in their lives. Gary is honest and trustworthy, communicates in a practical, enthusiastic and professional style. His knowledge of the changing market and understanding of how to get the best he can for all parties to feel happy is a gift.
Professional, walked me through the steps of my first home even when my own solicitor couldn’t. Very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process.
We couldn’t be happier with the experience we had working with Miriam and Gary. From the very beginning, they were an incredible team professional, supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping us through every step of the process. What truly stood out was how available they both were and how up they were to hit the ground running with our VERY quick turn around time frame. No matter the time, if we were feeling anxious or had questions, Miriam and Gary walkways answered a text or called us back. They offer guidance, reassurance, and honest advice; not only about selling, but even around buying elsewhere as well. That level of care and support made such a difference during what can often be a very stressful time. Miriam is an absolute standout! personable, funny, professional, industry knowledgable and someone who genuinely has your back when challenges arise. Miriam has the perfect balance of professionalism with a relaxed and approachable style that immediately puts you at ease. Her communication and support throughout were second to none. Gary’s attention to detail and strategic thinking were equally impressive. He has a keen eye for the smaller things that truly matter and knows exactly how to maximise value while helping minimise unnecessary actions or stress. Gary’s industry knowledge and guidance were invaluable from start to finish. Together, they are true gurus in the real estate world and complement each other perfectly as a team with all round coverage of need, between the duo! We always felt supported, informed, and confident we were in the best hands at all times. If you’re thinking about selling your home, you genuinely cannot go wrong signing with Miriam and Gary. We highly recommend them and are so grateful for everything they did for us which includes above what we were assumed we would make on our sale price …thanks legends
Gary and Miriam are a fantastic team who made us feel like a top priority from the very first day. Their advice during our initial walkthrough made a massive difference to how our house looked, and the recommended staging company did such a good job that we almost changed our minds about moving. They were also great at navigating the trickier parts of the sale to keep everything stress-free. Gary and Miriam both clearly know the western suburbs very well, and were able to find us the perfect buyer at a phenomenal price after the first open house. Having multiple offers and a signed contract so quickly was a huge relief and and we are so glad we trusted them with our home.
Gary and Miriam are the Dream Team! With their wealth of experience they are masters. We've used them twice now to sell property, and each time they have far exceeded our wildest expectations in securing a selling price. Each time they have sold our home with only 1 open house. They also provide good advice to help present the property. A pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this exceptional team.
Gary and Miriam were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were friendly, approachable, and made the buying process smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear and timely, and we always felt supported and comfortable asking questions. We really appreciated their professionalism and would happily recommend Gary and Miriam to anyone looking to buy a home.
