We found Gary Wells to be thoroughly honest, frank, courteous and actually did what he said when he said he would. His knowledge and advice about selling our home were spot on. Gary initially gave us an evaluation for selling our home but we were lured by another agent who recommended a much inflated selling price. This proved to be a terrible decision as the agent I believe was not only dishonest in her methods but out of touch in marketing strategies in the country and completely wrong about the market. This caused us to loose the impetus of listing our home and ended up costing us money, time and much angst. Be wary of agents dangling big carrots.
