My wife and I are both in our mid seventies and have purchased and sold quite a few properties over our lifetime. Gavin Fletcher recently sold our home and handled the purchase of our downsized replacement home. The transactions were carried out superbly due to his professionalism and great communication style. You won't find a better agent to handle your real estate needs.
Gavin worked in well with us, knows his stuff, well presented easy to get along with. Kept us well informed of the progress and was spot on with the value and market. Would highly recommend Gavin to anyone.
Gavin has a great understanding of the market and was a great support to us during the selling process.

I would use him without question in the future and highly recommend him. He was attentive, fast to respond, proactive and exceeded all expectations. A real pleasure to do business with.
Gavin made the whole process easy. His knowledge of the market and his compassionate professionalism and his attention to detail made for an anxiety free experience. I highly recommend him I will be keeping his card for any sales in the future.
