Gavin Lee

Gavin worked closely with us throughout every stage of the sale of our property process. He effectively project managed the preparation of the property and was consistently available to answer questions, provide updates and offer practical advice throughout the entire campaign. What stood out most was Gavin's transparency, responsiveness and genuine commitment to delivering the best possible outcome. I would highly recommend Gavin and the team at Belle Property.

Gavin was great to deal with, from showing the property in an unbiased and no-pressured way, to answering our questions and providing required due diligence information promptly, and ultimately facilitating the negotiations with the seller to achieve a fair result for both parties.

Gavin was fantastic to work with throughout the sale process. He was always prompt, punctual, easy to deal with, and kept us updated daily from start to finish. He worked hard and handled the unfortunate changing market conditions professionally. I really appreciated his communication and effort, and would happily recommend him to anyone selling their property or go with him again myself if the situation comes up.

Gavin is extremely professional and working with him we received clear daily updates. His follow up is next level and he chased down buyers in a difficult economic period. Though we expected a result a little sooner, we got there in the end. We credit that result to his unstoppable work ethic and willingness to shake things up with extra home opens, etc. Highly recommend.

We had an outstanding experience selling our apartment in Cammeray. Gavin has an incredible work ethic and was always approachable, professional and genuinely committed to achieving the best result for us. His communication was clear and consistent, and he had an incredible work ethic. We always felt confident that our sale was in the best possible hands. We’re incredibly grateful for his hard work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others!

Was an absolute pleasure working with Gavin to not only secure a property for my Client but purchase from his Vendor! As a Buyers Agent Gavin is a breath of fresh air to deal with. His communication is clear and he fights hard to achieve quality results for his Vendors. What separates him from other Agents is professionalism, integrity and genuine desire to help both sides of a property sale. I would absolutely recommend Gavin to anyone looking to sell their property!
