From the moment we met Gavin at the Open For Inspection he seem very interested in us as people. He made time to listen to all our needs and concerns and gave us valuable feedback. when we met to discuss buying he made us feel completely at ease. He even suggested we go to a coffee shop if that would make us more comfortable. He showed empathy to our needs and concerns and negotiated a tricky deal that took sound negotiating skills and at all times delivered a quick and thorough response. He maintained a sense of calm throughout and showed both sides he was prepared to go the extra mile, even if out of hours. at one stage he even drove to Warragul to pick up the owner after hours when his car broke down so he could sign papers pertinent to the settlement. He showed himself as a man of outstanding character, very professional, eyes on the ball at all times, able to wear two very divergent hats and solve problems on his feet without causing concerns to either side and most importantly keep both parties centred and coming closer and closer together due to his highly developed negotiating skills, calm manner and professional ethics. He seems a cut above the other agents we met from other agencies who failed to answer calls, seemed underhanded in discussions and made us feel wary of paying too much or being pushed into buying properties that would not suit our needs. It was a pleasure to buy with someone so caring, considerate, giving of his time and helping both parties to reach an agreement in such a professional and human way. He made to process of buying seem comfortable but behind the scenes he worked tirelessly. In the end both vendor and purchaser were left feeling very happy with the outcome, the process and a; due to his involvement. Thank you Gavin. Max Johnson
