Gavin first came to my house in November 2014 for an initial meeting and review our property. Gavin was honest in his appraisal of our property and told us all the things we needed to do to our property and that included new carpets , repainted interior, garden upgrade, curb appeal etc if we were to achieve the sale price we wanted. over the next 10 months Gavin followed up with me on several occasions to see our progress. When the house was ready to go onto the market Gavin already had interested parties ready to view the property. Over the next 5 to 6 weeks Gavin worked very hard for us to achieve the set price and in the end Gavin was able to get for me a price above what was advertised.
