Gavin was professional and personable from the moment we met him. He had done his homework before we met which gave us confidence in his interest in the property. He gave us good direction in how to make the house look at its best and gave us access to a stylist who we found to be sensible as well as knowledgeable. Prior to the house going on the market and during the time it was open for inspection, Gavin communicated well with us, explained the process clearly and answering any questions we had. On the day of the auction he and his staff were supportive. He was also a good auctioneer. In regard to asking price, he didn't promise the world but delivered more than the market was indicating was a good price. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with the way Gavin approached and carried out all aspects of the sale.

The process of selling our home was certainly made easier by Gavin and Larni with their professional yet friendly approach. Jellis Craig offer a styling consultant prior to photos and open days and always kept us fully informed with the results of Open Days etc. On the day of our Auction we were more than impressed when Gavin arrived with 3 other agents, all to assist potential buyers with the bidding process.
