Gavin & Luke were straighforward, easy to deal with and always professional. There was no pressure, no BS and emails/calls were answered or returned promptly. And this goes for their Admin staff also.

Very helpful in negotiating and making arrangements

Very knowledgeable and upfront regarding Student Accommodation market. Did not promote unrealistic expectations. With confidence was able to achieve quick sale and obtain higher sale price than expected in difficult market conditions.

First time seller but Gavin made the whole process simple and easy. Kept me informed the whole way through with a great result in the end.

Gavin handled the sale very professionally and quickly for us. There were a few obstacles which Gavin breezed through to pull off the sale. We would thoroughly recommend him. John and Josephine

Gavin was very professional and kept me up to date with my property until the very end

Gavin kept us very well informed when a potential buyer was found. Gavin achieved the best outcome for us as he was sharp and very informative. I thoroughly recommend Gavin for any future dealings. In this current market coming out from Covid he did an exceptional job for us.

I like dealing with Gavin. He has always been fair, obliging, honest, enthusiastic, knowledgeable & just has good properties. It's pleasurable & has been rewarding dealing with a professional who is fun but also just gets it. I look forward to continuing doing business with Gavin.
