My property was sold just before my chosen agent went on personal leave, and was handed to Gavin to manage. Unfortunately I never heard from Gavin once. Through the settlement process, and after settlement went through, I never heard a thing. I ended up having to follow up days after settlement, and ended up speaking to someone else anyway. Really just not good enough. But he’s had plenty of time to send me SIX requests to complete this review, so that just made it even worse.
