I recently purchased one IP in WA through one of the intelligent sales agents Nikki. From the start to finish, she has always been patient to answer all questions that I have and is very responsive. Definitely will go with her again if I am looking to buy in WA.

My wife and I have been buying and selling properties for more than two decades. In that time we have had dealings with 17 agents, across six real estate agencies, prior to engaging with The Agency. We can honestly attest that The Agency, and more directly Nikki de Rijcke, provided a service far beyond expectations and far advanced from that we have ever experienced. Upon initial engagement with Nikki de Rijcke, I sensed a genuine desire to help. Rather than immediately concentrating on the specifics of the sale, Nikki took the time to get to know us and formulate a clear understanding of what it was we were trying to achieve. After that initial phone call, I remember turning to my wife and saying, “we’re on a winner here”, and I wasn’t wrong. Nikki provided realistic advice regarding the salability of the property and was honest, and accurate, in her assessment of the market. Nikki continuously strived to ensure we received the most from the sale which ultimately delivered a result far superior than the best estimates provided by other real estate companies. I would strongly recommend The Agency, and more specifically Nikki de Rijcke, to anyone looking for the highest standards of professional service in Real Estate matters.

Nikki was fantastic through out the whole process. From the first time we talked with Nikki, she showed us the house and was completely transparent about any defects. After the inspections, she worked diligently to ensure everything is addressed properly. She was always available and accommodating with other parties who need access to the house. Absolute pleasure working with Nikki and definitely will use her again when we buy around this area of Perth!!!!

Great knowledge of the local market and area as well Australia wide, great advice. Great customer service, she always went the extra mile. She took the time to build a relationship and could then offer us a service tailored to our needs and family. Great industry knowledge. We could not have asked for better service. There was nothing more I could have asked for, it was perfect.

Nikki was extremely helpful through our entire purchase process! Very clear with communication, and kept us in the loop as we went through every stage. Thankyou Nikki, Well Recommended
