Gemma was hard working, organised, diligent, and honest. She did anything she committed to doing and followed up any and all leads/ interested viewers like a dog chasing a car tire. I initially chose her due to her pleasant personality, easy people skills and professional appearance. I choose agents based on “ who would I like to be dealing with if I was a buyer”. I do think that the presentation, people skills and personality of the agent are all integral to making a sale. If I don’t trust them or like the look of them, why would a buyer? So in short, she was exactly everything I had judged her to be and got the job done in a highly professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble. She did the council research regarding an adjacent property that was being developed and came to open homes with council plans in hand! I simply couldn’t have dealt with that at this time. She has a good knowledge of the local area and a genuine positive attitude about it that comes across to buyers. I can not recommend her highly enough. You’d be mad to choose anyone else!
