While Gemma was easy to talk to the settlement day and process has been the most terrible experience ever . I have been left alone with the actual owner of the house for the pre settlement inspection which was a very uncomfortable situation . I did expect Gemma or a LJHooker representative to be here with me to take me through the new home but no one was there. This was a terrible experience and left me very disappointed .
