We were out of state but even though we had no control Gemma was on top of it. Even having a useless property manager (not freedoms), they used their rental team to assist us to complete our settlement within 21 days. Amazing outcome, extremely grateful for Gemma and Keenan’s ongoing support and effort. I would defiantly use them again and strongly recommend.
