From the moment we first met Gemma she was able to put my husband and I at ease about the process of selling our townhouse. She is well presented, courteous and knows her stuff. She goes above and beyond to assist with no question being too small. Gemma provided excellent communication and regular updates about each home open and who was interested in our property. We had 2 contracts fall over due to various reasons out of our control so she essentially sold our little home 3 times! Our photos through freedom looked brilliant and the marketing was top notch. Highly recommend Gemma through Freedom. Hoping we are now moving into our forever home - but if there is a time we need another realestate agent we will be calling her.
