She was willing to continue to assist the purchasers after the auction and even after settlement , and always did so pleasantly and uncomplainingly. When we set out to look for a selling agent, we placed honesty and transparency as our top priorities. Both Gemma and Stephen more than exceeded our expectations in both regards.
