By taking on the responsibility for co-ordination and management of trades, stylist etc they relieved us of a lot of stress and were able to achieve a six-week campaign from engagement to auction - very impressive! They both spontaneously took on house-preparation tasks in order to keep us on the very tight schedule they had set. When we set out to look for a selling agent, we placed honesty and transparency as our top priorities. Both Gemma and Stephen more than exceeded our expectations in both regards.
