We recently purchased a property in Batemans Bay and Gemma was the agent. We could only get there on a Sunday but that was no problem to Gemma. She showed us the property and by the end of our meeting she had negotiated with the owner on our behalf and we settled on a price. Within days of the settlement, she arranged and finalised suitable tenants to rent the property. It was a relief to have someone like Gemma to take care of things on our behalf.
