Terri's Patience and understanding with very good communication between vendors and buyers has been invaluable. Very good understanding of the rapidly changing market and Terri's negotiation skills are very much aligned with the varying needs of the clients. We have had some dealings with various other real estate agents but had found that Terri kept everything on track and her professionalism has been second to none.

Terri isn't just your standard Real Estate agent. There was nothing that was too much trouble, all we had to do was ask. Terri went above and beyond for us while selling our house even looking after our plants while we were away. Terri not only sold our property, but she also sold us our new home which is standing testament to the level of service that she provides. We would highly recommend Terri Regent at Ray White Batemans Bay for selling or purchasing a Home.

Terri was professional and helpful with all aspects of purchasing our new home

Karen was amazing from start to finish , she made the whole process seamless. Her communication was very straightforward , honest and prompt . Karen was very obliging and always happy to help .

We couldn’t rave more about our experience with Karen! As first home buyers, the process felt confusing and a bit terrifying at times, but Karen was incredibly patient, supportive, and helpful every step of the way. We’re so grateful to have shared this milestone with her and truly can’t recommend her highly enough.
