Unfortunately the agent did not disclose a caveat that was on the property, resulting in immense financial stress and issues with settlement. Thorough research of the property titles and diligence by the agent would have prevented this.

Genevieve was the most friendly, caring and professional business person I have come across in a long time. Okay. She gets things moving. If you want your property sold without all the small talk she is your agent. I thought I was taking a risk using an outside agent in Mandurah But she made the locals take a look when the Sold sign went on the billboard 3 days after the home open.
