I recently purchased my home through Kim Bennett at HOHM, and I’m genuinely grateful for the experience. I was feeling quite anxious about the move, but Kim’s calm manner, clear communication, and deep local knowledge gave me real comfort and reassurance throughout the process. She was always quick to respond, helped me navigate each step — from ID and finance requirements, and settlement progress — and she checked in regularly so I never felt left in the dark. What really stood out was how supportive she remained even after settlement. She shared trusted local contacts for trades, helped with practical questions about the home, and made the transition so much easier. My boys and I feel much more at home and at peace now, and Kim played a big part in that. She’s warm, proactive, and genuinely cares about her clients. I’d happily recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the area.

Kim is a good communicator and efficient with all that she does.
