Geoff was charged with selling my step mothers home in late October 2019. As soon as the contract became available he immediately went to work with advertising and Open Homes. He kept us informed of all inspections and Open Home results. By early December 2019 we had an offer considerably higher than our asking price. In fact we didn't get around to putting a price on the property. Because of several issues with my mothers health, we were unable to exchange a contract or settle the property until June of 2020. Geoff kept in constant contact with both us and the purchaser throughout that seven months and the property exchanged contracts at the end of June for the original price submitted in December. I come from a real estate background and I can confidently say that I don't believe anyone else would have been able to keep the purchasers for that amount of time with all the other properties on the market in Coffs harbour. It was not an easy property to sell to begin with and with the added obstacles it was near impossible;. I cannot recommend Geoff highly enough for his professionalism, service and communication.
