I don't think the house was the easiest to sell because it is older, a renovator, quirky and therefore not everyone's cup of tea. Geoff remained upbeat and enthusiastic throughout the whole process and did not stop his open houses once the house had been around a while. Geoff displays excellent local real estate knowledge and is most professional, along with being friendly and easy to deal with.
