My experience with Geoff was very positive when selling my house. He had excellent communication through out the whole process, he follows up with you after inspections. Geoff regularly checks in with you to let you know how the week has been in relation to the market and what potential buyers may have inquired or if any inspections have been booked in. My property had tenants in it and he was able to work successfully with them to ensure everything went smoothly, and we could get people through regularly but to minimise disruption to the family living there. He negotiated efficiently and quickly with the buyer which enabled the property to be sold in a reasonable timeframe. He also continued to communicate throughout the cooling off period as to when pest/building/valuation reports were booked in, and then let me know when they had been completed which is fantastic and I didn’t have to wonder what was going on as he keep me informed right the way through to the finish.
