Geoff was a terrific agent to deal with. We purchased our first investment property from him nineteen years ago and his Elders business managed the rental aspect of the property for all that time without any problems at all. A week before we went on 3 weeks leave in February, we decided to sell the property. Geoff was very appreciative of us asking him to be the acting agent. Contracts and solicitors were all arranged and engaged within that initial week. Saturday, the day after our return, a half an hour "open day" session was organised, which Geoff attended. An offer was made on the Monday and with minimum of a fuss a final offer was made and accepted the next day. Maximum sale price was achieved from the range advertised. We were all obviously very happy with the smooth ride. We again would like to thank Geoff and his staff for achieving this great result.
