This is a long overdue review of the stellar job Geoff did in selling my property for me at the time the property bubble burst last year. I was already based overseas when I decided I wanted to sell. My property badly needed some refurbishments and I had tenants who couldn't move out quickly. Throughout all of these, Geoff was my eyes and ears on the ground: he facilitated the exit of my tenants, brought contractors for me to approve work on the property (even to tidy up the garden and put the cuttings out of sight), oversaw the entire operation whilst sending me photos as regular updates - all the while driving Marketing and foot traffic for inspections. In the end, we found the right buyers and hit the magic number in my head despite all the hurdles that were thrown our way. I think a lesser agent would've balked or walked away but not Geoff. If there were 10 stars in this rating I would give him 10 stars. I would highly, highly recommend Geoff as he will definitely get the job done for you.
