Spoke to Geoff on a saturday had to wait till Tuesday for an answer then another 4 days before we had open house.I thought our address was private but Geoff invited all and sundry to spoil our saturday afternoon with 30 or 490 people trudging through our property for approx.an hour then a phone call from Geoff after open house then rudely interrupted with more phone calls saying we have a better offer.i'm glad its over.😁😁😁

Geoff is a professional and committed, always ready with information. I recommend him. But the house has been handedover with out cleaning, batteries of the vendor left at home. R&W could have dealt the situation better. That's my opinion. Satisfied with the property but the handling could have been done better.
