Geoff did an excellent job with selling my property, he helped with getting a tradesman to do some repair work prior to listing, he was considerate of my tenant in the property and was able to get numerous offers for the property.

Geoff was always available to return phone calls or answer them. He has a good knowledge of his area i.e. Newtown yet was a little short on specific knowledge how ever that did not really detract from the service he gave us as purchasers and no doubt the vendors. There could have been a little more urgency to provide bank details for the payment of the initial deposit as we did not see it as our responsibility to chase that up as we were the ones paying the money into your trust fund. Overall we think Geoff did a fairly reasonable job in our dealings with us. Well Done!

Our property was llsted with another agent for 90 days, we had no offers or interest, limited marketing and their strategy was to just keep reducing the price. We then listed with Geoff Martin , he took extra effort in the photographs and property description. He achieved an offer after 9 days, unfortunately that contract fell though.
