Failure - after having our house for sale for 5 months with arguably Mornington’s largest real estate agents we had not sold our home. We had very poor numbers at Open for Inspections. We spent more than $5,000 on marketing and more than $5,000 on styling! And NO SALE. Success - we changed agents to Geoff and Rob at Seachange Property. What a difference. We consulted 2 agencies in the Mornington area. First one was a large well know agency who quoted us $450,000- $650,000 LESS ( lowest to highest) than Seachange did.
