Failure - after having our house for sale for 5 months with arguably Mornington’s largest real estate agents we had not sold our home. We had very poor numbers at Open for Inspections. We spent more than $5,000 on marketing and more than $5,000 on styling! And NO SALE. Success - we changed agents to Geoff and Rob at Seachange Property. What a difference. Geoff and his team were very knowledgeable about the current trends in the real estate market. Geoff had sold many properties in the surrounding areas in recent times, so knew what buyers were looking for and how to best present this to them. We consulted 2 agencies in the Mornington area. First one was a large well know agency who quoted us $450,000- $650,000 LESS ( lowest to highest) than Seachange did. As Geoff is also a qualified plumber, he knew straight away the quality build of our house and was positive it would achieve the higher price.........and did. Very very happy customers and will recommend you to our friends and family if they’re looking to sell.

It is clear after just a few minutes that Geoff is enthusiastic and experienced in Mornington Peninsula real estate. Geoff is very easy to talk to and was superb to deal with. He was extremely accommodating with his time, to view properties and discuss options over the phone or in his office. Geoff was very helpful discussing potential improvements to the house we ended up buying, given he has a background as a builder.
