We are incredibly great full to Geoff and all the team at Seachange Realestate. The whole process of selling our home felt overwhelming in the beginning but we very soon learnt that we had the best agent and team looking after us. Geoff kept us updated on all levels and made the whole experience amazing. Because of this incredible team we have achieved an amazing result. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Geoff and his team to anyone wanting to Buy or Sell. Thankyou so much Geoff xx

Geoff and his team were fantastic and now we look forward to the next project

Failure - after having our house for sale for 5 months with arguably Mornington’s largest real estate agents we had not sold our home. We had very poor numbers at Open for Inspections. We spent more than $5,000 on marketing and more than $5,000 on styling! And NO SALE. Success - we changed agents to Geoff and Rob at Seachange Property. What a difference. Firstly the number of people inspecting our home at Open fo Inspections drastically increased. Secondly, our home was sold quickly (about 4 weeks). Thirdly the sale price achieved was well above expectation. It was a great day to finally sign the Sales Agreements at Seachange’s stunning Mornington office. Well done Geoff, Rob and the Seachange team and many thanks. Peter and Nani Sadler.

Knows the area well, friendly, passionate and attentive. Felt very comfortable dealing with Geoff from the moment we met him.

I could not recommend Geoff or Seachange Property highly enough. He came in with a strong and deliberate plan and delivered exactly what he said he would. The result was far more than we had been told was possible by other local agents! HIs professionalism in his dealing with us was first class. Get onboard a winner and use Seachange property! Geoff, thanks for going the extra mile to get the result!

Geoff and his team were very knowledgeable about the current trends in the real estate market. Geoff had sold many properties in the surrounding areas in recent times, so knew what buyers were looking for and how to best present this to them. Geoff is happy to spend as much time as is required to discuss all aspects of the sales campaign. We found Geoff well presented and professional in his delivery of the campaign.

We consulted 2 agencies in the Mornington area. First one was a large well know agency who quoted us $450,000- $650,000 LESS ( lowest to highest) than Seachange did. As Geoff is also a qualified plumber, he knew straight away the quality build of our house and was positive it would achieve the higher price.........and did. Very very happy customers and will recommend you to our friends and family if they’re looking to sell.

Highly recommend Geoff as an agent. He has great market knowledge and was able to get us above what we wanted in a really short time. He is a pleasure to deal with always keeping you in the loop with any potential buyers etc. He also had our home styled beautifully to make it look its absolute best. We will be using Geoff again in the near future and look forward to working with him and his team.

seachange,, Geoff and the team great job ,thankyou very much

Geoff Oxford has been outstanding in his care and service. His professional and attentive manner has been a great comfort to my wife and myself. He is a clear communicator and follows through with decisive and prompt action. In our view he has gone above and beyond the call to ensure all aspects of the sale are attended to. He has been thorough and accommodating to all our needs and questions. He is a relationship builder and takes great pride in his work. A very personable fellow he is a real professional and I am not surprised he has won industry awards for his work. As a company, Seachange Property have ticked all the boxes. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Helpful with advise and service

It is clear after just a few minutes that Geoff is enthusiastic and experienced in Mornington Peninsula real estate. Geoff is very easy to talk to and was superb to deal with. He was extremely accommodating with his time, to view properties and discuss options over the phone or in his office. Geoff was very helpful discussing potential improvements to the house we ended up buying, given he has a background as a builder. Yes we discussed a few changes, but Geoff was genuinely excited and interesting offering his design thoughts based on his experience. I can highly recommend Geoff and Seachange. Thank you so much.
