I can truely say that Geoff, Damian and the whole team at Seachange made selling our house đĄ a fantastic, stress free experience! They gave us an honest appraisal (not an inflated price to win the property), they walked through the house and told us exactly what should be fixed, renovated and tidied up pre photos, then set us up with a builder and their in-house styling staff. Once the inside and outside were finished in just a few weeks⌠the photographer and videographer came through to work their magic! The images (that tell a thousand words) were outstanding and got us huge enquiries which translated into over 50 group inspections over 3 days đ Then in only one weekend they fielded and negotiated with over 6 offers in writing âď¸.
