After a challenging experience with another agent, Geoff and Damien reassured us, gave great advice and took care of everything from planning repairs to a smooth, easy sales process. We felt valued and taken care of, genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough! I would not hesitate to buy or sell with them anytime; thank you again!!

From helping us get our property ready for sale to reassuring us throughout the process in a slowing market, Geoff and his team were fantastic. Would happy recommend Seachange to our friends and family and will certainly use them next time we are selling.

Geoff communicated frequently and helpfully at all stages of our house sale journey. In spite of all the variables and factors that can’t be controlled, he propelled us steadily towards a great sale for a fair price. He gave generously of his time, expertise and knowledge of the market, enabling us to complete the sale quickly. Geoff was professional and encouraging and we are very grateful for the outcome.

We have just sold our home with Geoff and the crew for the 4th or 5th time.... time flies when you are having fun! Geoff, Julie and Damian are sensational. Not only do they know their market, they excel! We are regular buyers and sellers on the Mornington Peninsula and have had huge success with Seachange. Not only are they the company who works for you, they work WITH YOU!! They want to help in every way not only for the vendor but also for the buyer making the whole process easy and enjoyable. As I have said before, we have had great results and have made lifetime relationships with Geoff and the team. Could not be happier. Thank you for your hard work and efforts.

Over 35 years I have been buying and selling homes and I have to say Geoff is by far the best agent I have ever used. He attention the my needs and following thru on ever details ensured we not only achieve an outstanding result but we did it in 7 days. His honesty on the market and what our property was really worth gave us a great deal of confidence that he has not tell us what we wanted to hear but facts. He knew the target market and with over 50 visit in 1 weekend we, we sold and achieve well over our expectations. His assistance in preparing our home with styling and staging and some last minute renovation was unexpected and very much appreciated. I would not hesitate in using Geoff and the Seachange team again when selling,

Geoff and Damian made us feel relaxed immediately. They were friendly, knowledgeable, confident and keen. They honed in on what would be appealing about our house and site, demonstrated a broad contact base and explained the movement patterns of property in the Mornington area. They also guided us well in how to prepare the house for sale. After each open house we were informed of prospective clients' comments.

We felt looked after by Geoff and his team. Very professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Thank you and we can highly recommend Geoff.

I can truely say that Geoff, Damian and the whole team at Seachange made selling our house 🏡 a fantastic, stress free experience! They gave us an honest appraisal (not an inflated price to win the property), they walked through the house and told us exactly what should be fixed, renovated and tidied up pre photos, then set us up with a builder and their in-house styling staff. Once the inside and outside were finished in just a few weeks… the photographer and videographer came through to work their magic! The images (that tell a thousand words) were outstanding and got us huge enquiries which translated into over 50 group inspections over 3 days 😄 Then in only one weekend they fielded and negotiated with over 6 offers in writing ✍️. Finally on Monday night selling it above the expected range. We couldn’t ask for any better service and care. Jeff and Damian are a formidable team and we would highly recommend them above everyone else in the area if you are wanting to sell your property! Big thank you 🙏

This survey popping up every other day is annoying and a waste of my time

Thank you so much to Geoff and his team at Seachange. Couldn't have asked for this sale to go more smoothly. We sold our house within the week, they worked hard behind the scenes to secure a price that exceeded our expectations and they made it look easy! Thank you so much Geoff :)

This is not the first time we have used Geoff and it won’t be the last. Always achieving fantastic results for my family. His extensive market knowledge and understanding how to present a property for sale is a perfect receipt for success.

Right from the beginning of our sales campaign Geoff was extremely professional, engaging and very positive. He suggested we do some improvements to our home prior to the sales campaign which has really paid off for us. We really felt he had our backs and wanted the best outcome for both ourselved as vendors but also the purchasers. He truly worked hard and nothing was too much effort, always ready to take our calls and concerns, but importantly would find a solution. This agent and his business worked around the clock to achieve results and has done so for us and countless others. We thank you and salute you Geoff
