I cannot recommend George highly enough... in looking for an agent to sell our property we approached multiple agencies - important to us was not just the costs associated with selling the property and looking for the best deal, we put a lot of emphasis on the value a great agent could bring. George nailed it in every respect - professional, detailed, knowledgeable of the local market, great at working with people and building truysting relationships, and most of all works incredibly hard (on the phone all day and night, taking clients for private inspections at all hours and days of the week). This is the second time that we've sold our home through George and Belle Properties and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience. We initially dealt with George when we bought our house, and enjoyed his openness and communications. Because of the experience in buying with George, we asked him to sell our property. He exceeded our expectations considerably and kept us informed all the way, he surprised us by getting an extra 10% on the day we initially agreed on a sale price (sold prior to auction) - we were already happy with the sale price, and the extra 10% was amazing. Our second sale with George, was just as good as the first sale (and first purchase), he is a great communicator and very open and honest in his dealings with us. Again we sold prior to auction, this time he repeated his surprise and again ended up selling for more that we expected and initially agreed on a sale price.
