George and I first met around 1 year before I started to sell and I chose him because he had displayed a really good knowledge of the market and had kept in touch with me regularly following that initial meeting. My choice proved to be very well founded as I have sold before and what really makes George stand out from the rest is the following: His knowledge of the market - he had sold similar places and displayed a really good knowledge of the value in the market and was able to use this knowledge to not only manage my expectations, but also to create better value understanding of my place for potential buyers. His tenacity - throughout the campaign, he continually kept in touch with all the buyers and was able to give me a good picture at any time as to where we were at. His dedication - George worked incredibly hard and incredibly long hours to keep both me and the buyers informed throughout the process. This is the second time that we've sold our home through George and Belle Properties and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience. We initially dealt with George when we bought our house, and enjoyed his openness and communications. Because of the experience in buying with George, we asked him to sell our property. He exceeded our expectations considerably and kept us informed all the way, he surprised us by getting an extra 10% on the day we initially agreed on a sale price (sold prior to auction) - we were already happy with the sale price, and the extra 10% was amazing. Our second sale with George, was just as good as the first sale (and first purchase), he is a great communicator and very open and honest in his dealings with us. Again we sold prior to auction, this time he repeated his surprise and again ended up selling for more that we expected and initially agreed on a sale price. He is thorough in the way he follows up on things, and we're very happy as a vendor in this, as he chases every lead and does get the best experience for everyone involved.
