Dealing with George has been a very positive experience as a buyer. He was always courteous and polite and returned calls and emails promptly. He accessed the property on several occasions outside of open house times and this was extremely helpful! My only criticism would be that immediately after the auction he could have presented the vendors with a congratulatory bottle of champagne on their sale. To do so would have capped off a huge morning and allowed them to celebrate after the auction with the good will of the agency. At $1.9m auction result a bottle of bubbles is a MUST! Overall , for us, we would be happy to recommend George and BPHH!
