At the first time I visited the apartment and asked for the price. George indicated a figure. And I also pointed out the broken bedroom door in the site visit. George also said he would ask the seller to fix before settlement. He came back later and told me the price was up compared to the figure he told me. At the end, I accepted the price. When I did the inspection after the settlement, the broken door was not fixed. I am very unhappy as I paid more than what he told me at the beginning. At the same time, the major defect was not fixed. I need to pay additional money to replace the door completely because he did not do a good job.
