George was well prepared from our first meeting, very knowledgeable about the local area and understood & appreciated our situation. He was easy to deal with, friendly, respectful and it was obvious he has a lot of experience in his field as he confidently dealt with any queries etc. that arose. The marketing presentation was excellent, and really represented what the house was all about, this was reflected in the amount of interest in the house and the result at auction. I "interviewed" 3 agents before George and although they were all really nice.....George took the time to fully explain the market, gave me the option of an auction and even though it didn't sell at the auction.......it was great to know that he covered all marketing options. He was so genuine to deal with and even helped my daughter with a great reference to get her first rental after living with me in this one.
