George was local to the property sale, sat somewhere in the middle of the appraisal range, provided own examples of good sales, showed a great local knowledge, gave a good overall estimate of the market's likely response to the sale, revealed his plan to show/advertise the property, and then remained in regular contact and provided updates. He followed up on all possible buyers, remained open honest and transparent with his communication and subsequently secured a good post-auction sale. Was a little disappointed when I asked questions that I thought an agent should be able to answer, eg. "were the renovations council approved?" "was the electrical system checked when solar panels were instilled?" "what are the council rates?" " is the crumbling brick work a sign of salt damp?"
