I recently had the privilege of experiencing the wonderful work of the First National at The Junction. I purchased my new home via auction at the amazing auction day that George and his team put together recently. George and his team kept me informed prior to auction with all the questions I asked. His support and that of his team, on and post auction has been nothing short of outstanding. George kept me informed throughout the whole process and his kind manner and gentle nature was an absolute pleasure to experience! I will not hesitate to recommend George Rafty and his knowledgeable team as they have been an absolute delight to deal with and I look forward to doing business with George and team again in the future. Thanks guys….You Rock!!!

I totally recommend George raft and his team at First National Newcastle City...

We had a very positive experience selling our home through First National Newcastle. All questions were answered and nothing was too much effort. We set our expectations an the team delivered. We went to Auction in the Spring Fling on 6/11/16 after only 4 weeks on the market- We had open houses each weekend & one midweek therefore enabling prospective buyers plenty of opportunity to view the property at various dates & times. We embraced the teams feed back to ensure the house presented well. On auction day we had 2 registered bidders who were keen to buy, I believe we tested the market and we achieved a positive result. Overall a very positive Outcome!

I always knew that selling my home would be a very stressful, emotional and challenging process, but George, Joe and Brooke really made all the difference. I felt taken care of, all my questions and concerns were addressed, and I received honest advice and guidance. Most importantly to me, George was respectful of my emotional relationship with my home and did not pressure me at all. I would strongly recommend George and the First National team.

George and his team sold our property quicker and for more than expected. We are very happy with him, his team and the final outcome.

Thank you to George, Renee and all the team at First National for selling my home for the price I wanted. I was very impressed by your kindness, understanding, consistency and patience in selling my home. Everyone says selling your home is stressful. FN maintained a positive approach, never doubting that my home would sell. FN gave me their time and respect and I am so happy I made the decision to employ George and his team. I woke up today and felt so happy with the price I achieved and the positive memories I have. Many thanks!

George and his team did a wonderful job marketing and selling our house. Their advice regarding presentation was spot on and we were extremely happy with the resulting sale.

Would highly recommend George to anyone selling in the area. Communication was spot on and we were very happy with the price he got for us. Sold within 5 days! No mucking about.

George Rafty and his team has achieved an absolutely first class result with this sale of Hamilton Real Estate. His advice has been both accurate and effective as far as presentation of the property for sale is concerned and also in respect of expectations resulting from the sale. Very happy with the results of this sale.

There is a reason why George is the number 1 agent in Newcastle. He knows the market well, and is responsive, reassuring, honest, professional and personal. More important than anything, he gets the job done. George delivered on his promise. He got us the price we were after and he did what was needed to get contracts exchanged and the property settled. He went above and beyond what we expected from an agent - he has energy and drive, and is focused on achieving the result. Thanks George for looking after us and making the sale of our home a positive experience.

Hard to find the words to describe this man. I buy a lot of property and deal with many agents - I now try to stick to properties George has listed because I know he will be honest with me and although he is actively working in the best interest of his Vendor , he respects buyers - sadly I have dealt with other Agents who don't. As a Vendor or a Purchaser I need honesty and transparency which is why I choose George Rafty and recommend him always.

George valued my house and sold it for that amount. He was very professional with regular updates. Thanks George and Liliana.
