We had a very positive experience selling our home through First National Newcastle. All questions were answered and nothing was too much effort. We set our expectations an the team delivered. We went to Auction in the Spring Fling on 6/11/16 after only 4 weeks on the market- We had open houses each weekend & one midweek therefore enabling prospective buyers plenty of opportunity to view the property at various dates & times. We embraced the teams feed back to ensure the house presented well. On auction day we had 2 registered bidders who were keen to buy, I believe we tested the market and we achieved a positive result. Overall a very positive Outcome!

Hard to find the words to describe this man. I buy a lot of property and deal with many agents - I now try to stick to properties George has listed because I know he will be honest with me and although he is actively working in the best interest of his Vendor , he respects buyers - sadly I have dealt with other Agents who don't. As a Vendor or a Purchaser I need honesty and transparency which is why I choose George Rafty and recommend him always.
