George Saroukos

This is the fourth property that I gave to George for selling. My experience with him till now is that he is a very experienced and mature agent, cares for the interest of both seller and buyer, highest integrity, very polite and respectful, always picks your phone ,no matter at what time you call him and always returns a message asap. He has complete knowledge of the property market at a particular time which is very helpful to both buyer and seller to decide the optimum price at which the deal is to be done. Without doubt I can say, we can TRUST him for real estate deals.

I was selling & retained George as he seemed the most highly motivated out of the three agents I spoke with. I was not disappointed. He was very upfront and explained the whole process, pros and cons. He brought the whole sales team to my house as one of them may have had a buyer looking for what I was selling. In which case he would have had to share the commission. Very much a team player & looking after the client’s interests. He worked his butt off & updated me daily. I was happy with the price it sold for & even after sale George still contacted me to see how I was going. I would highly recommend George for his professionalism, love of his work and fantastic personality.

We first met George at an Open House for a property we put an offer on. We were not successful in our offer, however were very impressed at the manner he conducted himself and the way he treated us. After this experience, we sought his advice on selling our home and he was willing to allow us to ask questions and seek advice before we put pen to paper. At no time did we feel pressured to sign with him and appreciated the advice and options he offered. We entrusted the selling of our home to him as a result! Throughout the whole process, George kept us completely in the loop. He was in regular contact and gave us updates as requested. He was proactive in finding us a buyer and we were very happy with the final sale. George's approach and manner has been one of integrity and honesty. In our experience with the real estate market over the last 6 months, these traits seem to be in the minority. We have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for an honest and reliable agent.

George sold my mother’s villa when she moved into aged care. I do not live in NSW. Throughout the whole process George kept me informed with daily updates. He gave valuable advice about what repairs were needed before the property was placed on the market. He also recommended the great company that completed the repairs and cleaned the villa. In summary he was very supportive and professional during the whole process.

George is an experienced and friendly agent , for whom nothing is too much trouble. Extremely knowledgeable & helpful. I highly recommend him.
