As a buyer, the thing I appreciated about George was his honesty as to what would need to take place to get the sale through. I'm continually frustrated by apparent smoke and mirror games of real estate agents that have wasted time and seen us walk away frustrated from discussions. George was the opposite. Upfront, honest about the vendor situation, firm when he had to be and open where he could be.
