Even before we had signed George as our agent he was keeping in touch and advising of similar sales of like properties in the area.Compaired to his competition ( who took 3 weeks to get back to us) gave us his undivided attention and rang when he said he would . He put in a lot of work to identify potential buyers and by auction time had listed the likely bidders and their budgets, this gave us confidence that there would be serious bidders on the day and his abilities out in the street certainly maximised the sale price.
