On the whole I was very happy with the service I received from LJ Hooker and George Vlandis over the sale of the property at 4 Flecker Place. As I am in the UK and had not seen the property for several years, George arranged a Zoom call so that I could look at the property. We agreed that it needed new carpets, painting and some other repairs before sale, and George arranged all this for me very efficiently. He also arranged viewings and we had a zoom call before the auction to check progress. The auction went well, and in fact fetched a rather higher price than I had expected.
