My first time buying and selling at the same time and I was dreading it. I was a nervous buyer and seller with the current market being so fast moving. I knew to stay in the market I needed to buy and sell at the same time and I'd been told it wouldn't be possible but George knew it was and he delivered....He also helped calm me when my nerves were getting the better of me. His confidence and knowledge of the market, the process and the local area is extensive. He has a positive attitude that is contagious and it makes the process easier. You couldn't ask for a better agent than George! As a buyer in 2019, he listed a wonderful house and invited me for a private viewing knowing it was exactly what I had been looking for. I can't say enough about George. He has sold two houses for us to date. The first needed a retaining wall fixed, trees cut back and other repairs inside and out. George organised everything. He even put the electricity on for the trades. I didn't have to do a thing. The second house had been trashed by tenants. He did a few repairs and sold it as it was. Again it was already a stressful situation but George made it easy. Both houses sold within a day. It's impossible to feel stressed with George. He is competent, calm and truly has a lovely, honest personality. George ensures you get the right price. There are no negatives when it comes to George Vuong.
