I knew to stay in the market I needed to buy and sell at the same time and I'd been told it wouldn't be possible but George knew it was and he delivered....He also helped calm me when my nerves were getting the better of me. His confidence and knowledge of the market, the process and the local area is extensive. He has a positive attitude that is contagious and it makes the process easier. I can't say enough about George. He has sold two houses for us to date. The first needed a retaining wall fixed, trees cut back and other repairs inside and out. George organised everything. He even put the electricity on for the trades. I didn't have to do a thing. The second house had been trashed by tenants. He did a few repairs and sold it as it was. Again it was already a stressful situation but George made it easy. Both houses sold within a day. It's impossible to feel stressed with George. He is competent, calm and truly has a lovely, honest personality. George ensures you get the right price. There are no negatives when it comes to George Vuong. As an ex real estate agent (20 years ago) I’m quite akin to the tricks and tactics agents use to win you over, and when I spoke to George I was a bit guarded but I can honestly say he is a lovely guy who was also the ultimate professional. I couldn’t have asked anything more from him! He achieved an unbelievable price for us that other agents laughed at when we suggested. I doubt there is a better agent in Queensland let alone forest lake than George , he’s your only choice !!!
