I found George to be exceptionally well versed and understanding of our situation, as the owner of the property was in hospital, extremely ill and without any family/relatives in Australia to assist with the selling of his home in order to allow him to have the care he desperately needed. George went above and beyond expectations with the assistance he gave to enable the house to be sold in record time/price. Due to complications with the first sale, the settlement date expired and he consequently had to resell the house which he did within 3 days at the same price.
