If you're looking to sell your house in Forest Lake, don't even think about going with anyone except George Vuong. This was our first time and he explained exactly what the process/cost/timing would be throughout the 2 months we were on the market. When we did our photos for realestate.com he even brought his own decor items to stage our photos, not to mention move the heavy furniture around with my partner. Nothing was ever too big of an ask for him. My friends also sold in FL a couple of months before and the experience they had with their realtor was so different. We got a detailed phone call/text message after every house inspection; my friends either had a 5 worded text or they had to chase up the realtor to see how their inspection was. Obviously, you're gonna read reviews and research/shop around but call George up, get a meeting, you're not gonna find better elsewhere. Trust me.
