George’s statement, “We don’t work from 9am to 5pm, we work until the job is done.” This is so true, he had to travel from his home in Heathwood to Riverview several times in one week with contracts, and it was done so Professionally and made us feel completely confident with his every move. It was not a easy property to sell as the Tenants were not the best and George had to face some awful circumstances re the condition of the property, but he did with utmost respect for the tenants and us. We met a few agents in our changeover of homes, both giving us appraisals and as buyers inspecting properties. George is one of those people you get a good feel about, and we go a lot on gut instinct about a person - We were not disappointed! The photography and marketing organised was of a very high standard. George is very professional right from the first time we met him at an open home, through to appraisal on ours, tailoring our open home times, feedback on those, negotiations between ourselves and the successful purchaser, and right up to settlement! :-)
I sold two houses within 1 year. I used a major brand of real estate company for my first house sale because they provided the rental service and I THOUGHT that would make the sale easier. However that proved to be a very bad decision. By the way their rental service was terrible too until i decided to use them to sell my property. I choose George to sell my second house and that's one of the best decisions i have ever made. We were very happy with the prompt sale and the excellent communication.
