It has been a pleasure working with Georgia and Alexandra throughout the process of our successful property purchase. They were both very professional and easy to deal with, and provided answers to all of our questions clearly and promptly. They even opened up the property for a private inspection after hours due to our work commitments and post sale. Thank you for everything and for making it as effortless as possible, much appreciated!
Georgia was an extremely trustworthy agent who listened to my needs, and got me exactly what I wanted (and some!). I always knew she was in my corner. She has great relationships in the area so knew a lot of potential buyers and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thanks Georgia!
Great agent. Both my wife and I work weird times, so we were unable to come to any of the open houses, so on 3 separate occasions Georgia met us to show us the house. Highly recommended!
Georgia was a complete pleasure to work with. Her team are prompt, efficient, kind and considerate. She gets results and takes the stress out of selling your home. I would thoroughly recommend using her.
Georgia helped us secure our new home in less than 48 hours! She was very accommodating with our inflexible work schedules and opened the home for inspection outside of advertised times. What we imagined would be very stressful turned out to be a streamlined and smooth process thanks to Georgia.
Georgia’s knowledge of the market was very good and she responded immediately to changes in the market
It was a pleasure to buy our first property from Georgia. Georgia was extremely easy to deal with and helpful when discussing the property and negotiating the purchase. She was quick to act, clear in her communication and very professional.
Georgia was professional yet very approachable and helpful throughout the process.
Georgia did an amazing job selling my apartment. Her marketing approach led to an enormous number of viewers and ultimately bidders, resulting in a fantastic price. She was very professional and easy to work with. We were very pleased with Georgia's work.
Georgia was honest, professional and approachable throughout the whole process. We would recommend Georgia in the future.
Georgia was fantastic to deal with throughout the entire purchase process. As first home buyers, Georgia helped us navigate the complexities with honesty and transparency and explained everything extremely clearly. She was professional, responsive and constantly kept us updated.
I have know Georgia for the best past of 30 years. She has been the Managing Agent of my apartment since 2004 when I moved overseas for work. When I decided to sell in November 2019, there was no question in my mind of anything other than a direct award to Georgia. Without doubt my decision was correct, and much care and attention went to preparing the property for sale - all handled by Georgia - as I am currently living on the opposite side of the globe. All in all the sale has been thoroughly professional and amongst many reasons, but especially the case of good, clear and regular communication. The whole process has been a pain free as one could ask for.
