Without hesitation we will be engaging Georgia Cleary in the future for any purchasing or selling to be done. Her commitment and hard work was outstanding. She constantly kept in touch with us and gave us updates. She is always on the end of the phone whether it be 9 pm or 6.30 am. She gave us excellent advice and nothing was too much trouble. She comes highly recommended by us that’s for sure!!
Wow what an amazing experience we had buying our first home through Georgia!! She certainly lives up to her reputation of being an honest, straight shooting & knowledgeable agent! Buying is such a stressful & daunting experience however Georgia did an excellent job guiding us through this process. She was extremely communicative & genuine throughout. Thank you Georgia for always being available to answer any of our questions regarding the house etc! Highly recommend you to both vendors & buyers!
We are very pleased that we instructed Georgia in connection with the sale of our property. Georgia is honest, professional and has a strong knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs market. Georgia kept us well informed of progress throughout the campaign. We had the utmost confidence that we were in best hands and would highly recommend Georgia to anyone selling in the East.
Amazing experience working with Georgia. Super professional and very helpful to guide us through the process as first time home owners. Helpful in putting us in touch with the right solicitor and an overall great and rewarding interaction with her. I now understand why she has such a good market reputation.
We were extremely happy with Georgia Cleary's knowledge of the market and the prompt, efficient and helpful way all of our queries were attended to throughout the entire process. Georgia's professional and helpful advice in the leadup to our auction and her years of experience were invaluable as we negotiated the challenges that COVID-19 was bringing into the marketplace. Georgia was always available and contactable and assisted us with all aspects of the sale.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Georgia to anyone looking to sell in the Eastern Suburbs. During the Covid 19 lockdown selling a home was not business as usual and we had the added complication of our apartment being tenanted for half of the marketing campaign. Georgia handled all this professionally and on more than one occasion recommended a change of strategy to account for the changing market conditions. No doubt this sound advice helped us achieve an outstanding result.
Georgia was a helpful and honest agent throughout the entire process. We appreciated her efficiency in getting back to us and being proactive. She clearly has strong experience!
Georgia concluded the sale of our apartment in Woollahra in May 2020. Georgia was always professional and constantly communicated with us to give regular updates on inspection numbers etc I would have no hesitation in recommending Georgia as your next agent
Georgia was professional and honest from the beginning, the process in obtaining the property was very straight forward and smooth. She also assisted me with many post exchange procedures which was very helpful.
We chose Georgia because she had a good reputation, and we knew she had a good deal of experience. We found her both thorough and professional. She advised and communicated with us throughout the process and worked hard to get us the best price she could under the Covid19 circumstances.
Georgia was everything that we could want from an agent. She is Highly professional, has great market knowledge, was accurate in her valuation and worked firstly for us as vendors. This resulted in a quick sale at the height of the Covid 19 pandemic. I would without hesitation use Georgia again and am happy to sing her praises to all who will listen.
