We have been lucky enough to have Georgia Cleary both sell our present house and help us buy our new apartment. She is the complete professional, totally ethical and fair, helpful and encouraging, and an absolute pleasure with whom to do business. Her encouragement and empathy helped us when we were quite despairing of finding a new home. We just think we were extremely lucky in having Georgia as our agent and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy and sell property.

I am impressed by the professionalism of Georgia Cleary and the team at Bradfield and Cleary, what a very obliging team and I am the purchaser. The owner had a very satisfactory result ( great for the vendor) With such great results why would you not engage Georgia Cleary and this agency. A very smooth purchase process for both sides . Highly Recommended

Fantastic experience working with Georgia

Georgia Cleary's experience, explanation of the stages of the sales campaign, progress reports and advice re strategy at auction were invaluable. Her recommendations were taken aboard with a wonderful result on the day of the auction. Georgia is an agent par excellence!

Georgia Cleary of Bradfield Cleary, together with her co-agent Maureen Brett, could not be recognised highly enough for the effort they put in to secure the sale of our property. In an increasingly difficult market for premium properties, Georgia ensured that all bases were covered so that the property was presented to as many people as possible and in its best light. The contractors she recommended were first class and led to the property being presented in an 'as new' condition. Whilst the auction itself did not go to plan, Georgia brilliantly recovered the situation so that the property was sold on the night at a price with which all were happy. Thank you Georgia, and Maureen, for all your efforts on our behalf and I have no hesitation in recommending you to any prospective vendor.

Thank you to Georgia and her team for knowing what needed to be done to get a great result. In our case, Georgia advised that a coat of paint to the outside and some creative staging would make all the difference to the presentation of our house. Her communication throughout the process was fantastic - particularly since we were overseas. Georgia manages a very professional team and has a great network to achieve maximum exposure. Thank you again!

We chose Georgia Cleary to sell our house because of her complete professionalism, total commitment to obtaining the best result, and her calm and helpful manner. Nothing was too much trouble and she and her staff did an amazing job for us. We would thoroughly recommend Georgia to anyone wanting to sell (or buy) a house. We are completely happy with the price obtained, due to her hard work which was in a large part due to the way she conducted the sales campaign.

Georgia was amazing through the entire campain. She was continually in touch, keeping me up to date on potential buyers after each inspection. Her knowledge of the market and experience with both buyers and sellers kept me well informed. Nothing was ever a problem for her and her team, and I was fully confident my property was in good hands.

I appointed Georgia with high expectations that she knew the Eastern Suburbs market intimately, would run a very tight campaign and generate a price outcome that reflected market conditions. Ultimately she delivered or exceeded on all of my expectations and provided us an outcome that we were very happy with. I have no hesitation in recommending her.

Georgia's years of eastern suburbs real estate experience were evident in every interaction we had with her during our purchase process. Her counsel was always informed and considered, she was always across the detail, nothing was too much trouble for her and she kept us proactively informed throughout. We would definitely recommend Georgia. Carolyn Tait and Barry Poole

Georgia excelled in all areas of the campaign from her initial enthusiasm in gaining our business thorough to her thorough understanding of the market potential of our property and how to maximise the property, including introductions to a range of excellent tradespeople. Georgia also managed the marketing campaign perfectly and showed a high level of expertise in relating to potential buyers. Georgia was always available to us, very prompt in acting on any decisions we made and overall I believe she was instrumental in our sale achieving $500,000 more than the reserve price. I would highly recommend her as an agent of the highest calibre.

We recently purchased a unit that Georgia and Alexandra were helping the owners to sell. From the potential buyer, and the purchaser side - her team were fantastic. Very friendly, fast to respond to questions, always assisting with any enquiry we had. I couldn't fault her team at all. Even post purchase, they have been wonderful to deal with. I would gladly recommend Georgia and her team to others.
