Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with this agent. Accused me constantly of doing something wrong. Claims such as the sign was vandalised at each open house, and that it was overrun by a plague of mosquitoes (in the middle of day) were unfounded. Third party invoices to justify excessive marketing costs billed to me are still outstanding after numerous requests. I am forced to take this to Dept of Fair Trading to get the matter resolved.
