We interviewed three local Estate Agents when we decided to sell our family home in Graceville, and we were most impressed with Ray White Sherwood with Cameron Crouch and Georgia Pevy. Cameron was straight forward and upfront with us and it was obvious that he knew the market better than the other Agents we talked to. At that stage, Georgia was not in our focus as the centre of our property journey, but she soon became both our advisor and friend, and we consider ourselves blessed to have had Georgia guide us through both the sale of our family home and the purchase of our new home. We would say without reserve to anyone considering a move in the property market that they could be confident in the abilities possessed by Georgia, and in the professional considered advice she can offer. We found Georgia to be sympathetic to our needs and understood our goals. She helped us with professional advice in the preparation of our home for sale, and kept us informed throughout the sale process so that we did not have to worry about the progress of finding the right buyer. When we engaged Cameron and Georgia, Cameron gave us a sale figure that his experience indicated we could reasonably achieve. We chose an auction process for the sale and ultimately received a sale price $15,000 in excess of the original estimate. This was achieved entirely as a result of Cameron and Georgia's negotiating skills. Her skills were again evident in the purchase of our new property where an offer well below the asking price was put to the vendor on our behalf. Our relationship with Cameron and particularly Georgia has been a pleasing and productive one. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

As a buyer, I found Georgia helpful and pleasant. I am unable to comment on her market knowledge as we did not discuss this topic. Unfortunately, I can't compare Georgia to other real estate agents as I have had little to do with the industry.

I've only known Georgia for 2 weeks since I first saw a property for sale to my offer being accepted and now going unconditional. I have found her to be extremely pleasant, friendly, offers advice when asked a question or if the answer is not something she is sure on, she takes the time to follow up and find out for you. Her response and response time to questions, emails and phone calls is exceptional, she responds within an hour. A large part of a Sunday was taken up with negotiations on the said property, this you would not find from anybody other than somebody who cares and takes their work seriously. I would not hesitate in asking Georgia to act for me in selling a property should the time ever come.

One of the worst and inexperienced agents I've ever had to deal with. Painfully slow with so many delays in communication with the same old excuse, "oh sorry I was in a meeting yesterday". It should not take upwards of four weeks to get both parties to agree on a price. With previous agents in the past, I have had quicker and more productive negotiations then what was produced. From the initial inspection, where the managing agent did not attend the open house, to the pointlessly lengthy negotiation, I was met by a lack of professionalism. This was exemplified when an agent who had no knowledge or briefing of the property attended the open house, leaving many questions unanswered. From my experience, the acknowledgement of their lack of professionalism, is warranted. On a positive note, the tenants were able to vacant the property prior to sale. The agent liaised with the original owner of the property after the owner and tenants organised this transition. It will be a relief when the process is complete. Neither myself, nor my partner would ever sell through them or recommend them to anyone who is buying or selling.

Georgia made the entire process smooth, informative, and stress free as possible.

Admittedly when I first met Georgia I had some reservations in dealing with someone young. I didn't think she would be experienced or enthusiastic enough to keep us interested in the property but she really surprised us. Her follow up and consistency in keeping us informed of the progress was exceptional. I would happily recommend her.
